This may include everything from minor stress or relationship difficulties, to severe depression or eating disorders. Fiona assesses and treats adolescents and adults (including couples), but not young children.

Fiona primarily uses a type of therapy called Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and works with the following problems:

  • Depression/mood disturbance
  • Anxiety (including panic attacks, phobias, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, performance/exam anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder)

  • Eating Disorders
  • Chronic Pain
  • Insomnia/Sleep problems
  • Relationships; Interpersonal difficulties
  • Low self-esteem
